Bilateral cooperation of scientists from ICBPiK and University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy, Košice
Employees (MVDr. Kristína Rodáková; MVDr. Nikola Marečáková, PhD; RNDr. Jana Kaľatová) from the Department of Biology and Physiology of the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice perform a research studies using an infrastructure of Interdisciplinary Centre for Preclinical and Clinical Research of the Faculty of Biotechnology, University of Rzeszów. The biological material used for the studies was collected as part of the project APVV-20-0114, "Sex-specific microbiome and gene interactions in the pathogenesis of behavioural and gastrointestinal symptoms in an animal model of autism spectrum disorders". Bilateral cooperation of scientists has been ongoing for 8 years and has resulted in 5 joint publications. Further collaborative studies are planned.
