The University of Rzeszów has established a collaboration with the State Labour Inspectorate in Rzeszów. The agreement aims to develop joint initiatives related to labor protection and the improvement of working conditions. The agreement was signed by Prof. dr hab. n. med.  Adam Reich, Rector of the University of Rzeszów, and Dawid Baran, Acting District Labour Inspector in Rzeszów.

As part of the collaboration, both institutions have committed to organizing and participating in conferences, symposia, seminars, and other scientific events related to labor protection and occupational health and safety. Additionally, the cooperation includes mutual advisory support aimed at achieving common goals and promoting preventive and promotional activities to improve working conditions.

The University of Rzeszów has declared its intention to organize events such as conferences and open lectures dedicated to labor protection topics. Students and university staff will also have the opportunity to meet with representatives of the District Labour Inspectorate, including through the activities of Student Scientific Circles. Furthermore, the University will facilitate the publication of job offers from the State Labour Inspectorate in the job offer bank managed by the University's Career Office and provide access to library resources and the e-learning platform.

In turn, the State Labour Inspectorate has declared its cooperation with the University's academic staff in organizing events dedicated to legal labor protection. The Inspectorate will also provide informational materials and enable students to undertake internships and study visits related to labor protection.

The agreement aims not only to develop education and research in the field of labor law but also to promote legal awareness among young people and improve working conditions in the region. Both institutions will strive to support each other's activities, creating a space for the development of knowledge and practice in the field of labor protection.
