Kristína Rodáková, MVD - PhD student at the Department of Biology and Physiology, University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice - completed an internship under the Erasmus + program. The internship aimed to learn how to determine the level of digestive enzymes using the Western Blot method and their activity using the spectrophotometric method in different parts of the digestive system in mice. The material for the analysis was collected from mice at the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice, after obtaining the relevant consent of the Ethics Committee. The obtained results will be included in the doctoral dissertation and scientific article.
