Professor Agnieszka Nowak-Król from the Universität Würzburg, Germany at the Interdisciplinary Centre of Preclinical and Clinical Sciences
On the 21st Nov 2024, Professor Agnieszka Nowak-Król from the Institut für Anorganische Chemie, Universität Würzburg in Germany was a guest at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Preclinical and Clinical Research at the University of Rzeszów.
Professor Nowak-Król is an outstanding scientist in the field of organic, inorganic, and materials chemistry. She publishes her research results in Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Journal of the American Chemical Society and Chemical Science, etc. Professor Nowak-Król is the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions, including the Arnold Sommerfeld Prize, the Hector Research Career Development Award, the Thieme Chemistry Journals Award, the Bürgenstock JSP Fellowship, the Wojciech Swietoslawski Award, the Zonta Award, and the Alexander von Humboldt Postdoctoral Fellowship.
During the visit, Professor Nowak-Król became familiar with the scientific infrastructure of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Preclinical and Clinical Research. The visit also aimed at the discussion of the future scientific cooperation.
