On 15-19.05.2023 at the UR Institute of Computer Science, a visit within the framework of the Erasmus+ program took place during which Prof. Catalin Stoean from the University of Craiova in Romania was the guest.
The visit had a didactic character, Prof. Stoean gave lectures in the field of learning deep neural networks and their applications.
The title of the lectures: "From Image Classification and Image Segmentation to Semantic Inpainting with Deep Learning".
The topics of the presentations were related to research on the application of deep learning in medical diagnosis, analysis of archaeological artifacts and image reconstruction.
