Deadlines for registration and abstract submission have been changed:

28.02.2025 – Deadline for the submission of the chapter abstracts for the post-conference scientific monograph – optional

28.02.2025 – Deadline for the Early Bird conference Registration

15.03.2025 – Deadline for the Early Bird conference fee payment

30.05.2025 – Deadline for Standard conference Registration

15.06.2025 – Deadline for the Standard conference fee payment

30.06.2025 – Deadline for the Conference Abstract submission

Previous updates:

01.10.2024: Updated the lists of speakers and of the Scientific Committee members; replaced "Framework programme" with "Thematic scope"; added "Programme schedule"

18.06.2024: We have introduced several major changes, which include:

- modifying our calendar

- Conference registration form

- providing the Framework programme, which has replaced the former "preliminary programme"

- conference Abstracts submission form

- submission form for the post Presentation -conference scientific monograph’ chapter abstracts

- details on Fees and Deadlines: the initial fee estimate had to be adjusted to price increase since the conference’s first announcement; we do not foresee any further change

- providing the banking details

- updating the list of the Scientific Committee members
