We invite you to the Festival of Slavic Languages and Cultures
We cordially invite the youth of the Podkarpackie Province to the Festival of Slavic Languages and Cultures organized at the Institute of Modern Languages, which will take place on Mar 2-3, 2023.
The program includes lectures, language competitions, a Slavic song competition, a seminar for teachers and a tasting of Slavic dishes. We hope that it will be a great opportunity to gain knowledge, test your skills, but above all to integrate Polish, Ukrainian and other nationalities living in our voivodeship.
Applications for participation in the Festival of Slavic Languages and Cultures are accepted between Dec 14 and Feb 12, 2023
Types of scheduled competitions:
- Slavic languages and culture - multiple choice test (in Polish) for primary and secondary school students (remotely, MS Teams). Questions for the competition will be developed on the basis of posts published cyclically with the note "Konkurs - JiKS" on the social profile of the Department of Russian Studies of the University (https://www.facebook.com/kfrur);
- lexical and grammatical test of Russian language proficiency for high school students (remotely, MS Teams);
- test for students of the Department of Russian Studies (in stationary form) based on the watched film (the film will be indicated no later than 4 weeks before the Festival);
- Slavic song competition (in stationary form) for students of all types of schools and students of the Department of Russian Studies (languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian).
The competitions were submitted for inclusion in school certificates at the Podkarpackie Education Authority.
Participation in the event is FREE!
