Based on § 22 section 1 point 7 of the Statute of the University of Rzeszow (i.e. Resolution No 96/09/2021 of Academic senate of  University of Rzeszow dated 30 September 2021):

The Academic Senate of the University of Rzeszow, in solidarity with the attacked Ukrainian nation, protests against all actions, especially military ones, aimed at destabilizing the established European order. Dear Ukrainian Friends! We would like to express solidarity with you, support you in our prayers and declare help in overcoming this dramatic situation.
