We are pleased to announce that Prof. Ph. The publication was released by the University of Rzeszów Press in 2023.

The distinguished monograph is a collection of articles documenting the contributions of Jewish artists to Polish musical culture in the 19th and 20th centuries. The authors explore previously unpublished diaries and unique correspondence of Polish Jewish musicians, uncovering new biographical details of both renowned and lesser-known Jewish musicians. The publication also includes discussions on music criticism, reflections on Jewish music, and contributions to the history of Jewish musical organizations. All these elements trace the memory of the life of the Galician Jewish community and the achievements of its outstanding musicians and musicologists, whose artistic legacy extends far beyond the local community.

The International "Music Eagles" Competition is organized by the "Music to the Power" Foundation, which is dedicated to identifying and honouring outstanding achievements in the field of musical arts, broadly considered as classical music.

The awards ceremony for the competition winners will take place at the Artur Rubinstein Łódź Philharmonic on September 21, 2024.
