The University of Rzeszów and the Podkarpacie Economic Self-Government Establish Cooperation
The University of Rzeszów and the Podkarpacie Economic Self-Government have signed a cooperation agreement. The official signing took place at the University of Rzeszów, with Rector Professor Adam Reich and President of the Podkarpacie Economic Self-Government, Paweł Zając, placing their signatures on the document.
The agreement serves as a framework for broad collaboration in the fields of science, education, and economic promotion. Specifically, the University and PESG plan to jointly implement research and development projects, organize conferences, debates, and training sessions, as well as promote internships and apprenticeships for students and graduates.
As part of the cooperation, PESG has committed to fostering partnerships between the University and the business community while actively supporting scientific and educational initiatives. In turn, the University will provide PESG with access to its expert resources, enabling the use of specialist knowledge across various scientific disciplines.
The agreement also includes joint organization of cultural and sports events, collaboration on academic program evaluations, and initiatives aimed at fostering regional economic development.
