On October 18th, 2024, the University of Rzeszów hosted a meeting with representatives from the Department of Civil Affairs and Foreigners. The event, held in the Small Hall of the University, attracted around 40 students interested in the legalization of the stay of foreigners in Poland.

The program included a presentation by the Department of Civil Affairs and Foreigners, followed by an open discussion led by the meeting coordinator. The session provided valuable insights into both general regulations and specific solutions implemented due to the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine.

At the end of the meeting, students had the opportunity to ask questions directly to two representatives from the Department, fostering an engaging and informative dialogue.

The event was part of the "Welcome to Poland Programme" funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange, a project aimed at supporting foreign students in Poland.
