You have already successfully arrived at the place, now you should:

STUDIES

- go to the Erasmus office and give a confirmation to fill in, which is to include the date of commencement of studies or the start of the welcome week, i.e. the date you have on the contract or later if for previously agreed reasons you have left later for a partner university,

- fill in and send (within a month) to us signed if the subjects have been changed - LA during the mobility instruction

If, of course, there was a change of subjects. You should then check if the departmental coordinator has changed.

- learn very well

- bring with you:

• list of credits - Transcript of Records / LA after the mobility. Subjects in LA after the mobility must match subjects in LA before/during the mobility.
• certificate of study period. On the certificate, the start date of studies is to be the same as on the confirmation, and the end date - this is the last day on which the student was present at the host university, and not the day of the student's departure. This can be, for example, the last day of the exam session, the last day of classes or compulsory attendance.

- return safe and sound

On the last day of your stay at university, you will receive an e-mail with a request to complete an on-line survey. However, do not fill it out immediately, only after a meeting with the coordinator to be able to properly answer the question about the recognition of studies.

If you want to extend your stay np.na the summer semester, send us an e-mail at minimum a month before the end of the actual stay, and we will check if we have money for you. You can also extend your stay without a grant.

It very often happens that the partner university does not issue LA after the mobility to the student, claiming that they will send to UR. Well, you can't help it, but ask for a certificate of study period and come back to us.

The first steps after returning should be directed to the Section of Academic Exchange and Foreign Students of the Education Department of the University of Rzeszów in order to settle the mobility.

After receiving a LA after the mobility/Tanscript of Records from a partner university you must go to the Erasmus+ programme coordinator in order to recognise your mobility abroad and determine the differences in the curriculum. Together with the coordinator, you should also prepare table D.

LA after the mobility and Table D should be delivered to the above-mentioned Section.

TRAINEESHIP

- complete and send (within a month) to us signed if the traineeship program has been changed - LA during the mobility, instruction

Of course, if there has been any change from LA. You should then also check if the departmental coordinator has changed.

If you wish to extend your stay at the traineeship, send us an e-mail and we will check if we have money for you. You can also extend your stay without an Erasmus grant.
