Opis tematu badawczego / Description of the research topic	Endometrioza stanowi istotny problem zdrowia kobiet, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem problemu upośledzenia płodności. Według piśmiennictwa, endometriozą dotknięte jest ok. 15% populacji młodych kobiet, z różnym nasileniem choroby. Pomimo licznych badań, nie są znane determinanty decydujące o stopniu ekspresji choroby. Pewną wskazówką może być skład płynu otrzewnowego. Aktualnie wyizolowano ponad 1000 białek zawartych w płynie otrzewnowym u kobiet z endometriozą. Planowana praca obejmuje pobranie płynu otrzewnowego podczas laparoskopii u kobiet operowanych z powodu endometriozy, a następnie analiza proteomiczna materiału z oceną korelacji wyników laboratoryjnych z klinicznym stopniem zaawansowania choroby.	Endometriosis is a significant health problem for women, with particular emphasis on the problem of impaired fertility. According to the literature, endometriosis affects about 15% of the population of young women, with varying severity of the disease. Despite numerous studies, the determinants determining the degree of expression of the disease are not known. The composition of the peritoneal fluid may be a clue. Currently, more than 1000 proteins contained in the peritoneal fluid of women with endometriosis have been isolated. The planned work includes the collection of peritoneal fluid during laparoscopy in women operated on due to endometriosis, followed by proteomic analysis of the material with the assessment of the correlation of laboratory results with the clinical stage of the disease.
