Zmiana Indywidualnego Planu Badawczego / Change of Individual Research Plan
Indywidualny Plan Badawczy (IPB) doktoranta/ki może zostać zmieniony na wniosek doktoranta/ki po dokonaniu oceny śródokresowej.
Wniosek o zmianę w IPB doktorant/ka składa za pośrednictwem Dyrektora Szkoły Doktorskiej UR.
Do wniosku doktorant/ka zobowiązany/a jest dołączyć:
- IPB z uwzględnieniem zmian, wraz z akceptacją promotora/ów i promotora pomocniczego (jeśli został powołany);
- opinię/e promotora/ów i promotora pomocniczego (jeśli został powołany) na temat zmienionego IPB.
IPB doktoranta/ki zatwierdzany jest przez Radę Szkoły Doktorskiej UR po zaopiniowaniu przez radę naukową właściwej dla doktoranta/ki dyscypliny.
W przypadku zmiany przez doktoranta/kę promotora lub promotorów doktorant/ka kontynuuje IPB pod opieką naukową nowego promotora lub promotorów albo składa wniosek o zmianę IPB.

The doctoral student's Individual Research Plan (IRP) may be changed at the request of the doctoral student after the midterm evaluation.
The request for a change in the IRP is submitted by the doctoral student through the Head of the UR Doctoral School.
The doctoral student is obliged to attach to the application:
- IRP with the changes, together with the approval of the supervisor(s) and the assistant supervisor (if appointed);
- opinion(s) of the supervisor(s) and the assistant supervisor (if appointed) on the amended IRP.
The doctoral student’s IRP is approved by the Council of the UR Doctoral School after receiving an opinion from the scientific council of the discipline appropriate for the PhD student.
In the event of the doctoral student’s change of the supervisor or supervisors, the doctoral student shall continue the IRP under the scientific supervision of a new supervisor or supervisors, or he/she submits a request for a change of the IRP.
