Zawieszenie kształcenia / Suspending of education

 

  1. Dyrektor Szkoły Doktorskiej UR, na wniosek doktoranta/ki, zawiesza kształcenie na okres odpowiadający czasowi trwania:
  • urlopu macierzyńskiego;
  • urlopu na warunkach urlopu macierzyńskiego;
  • urlopu ojcowskiego;
  • urlopu rodzicielskiego

    określonych w ustawie z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 roku – Kodeks Pracy.

  1. W trakcie zawieszenia kształcenia doktorant/ka zachowuje prawo do stypendium doktoranckiego.
  2. W okresie zawieszenia kształcenia do ustalenia wysokości stypendium doktoranckiego stosuje się odpowiednio przepisy dotyczące ustalania zasiłku macierzyńskiego, z tym że przez podstawę wymiaru zasiłku rozumie się wysokość miesięcznego stypendium doktoranckiego, przysługującego w dniu złożenia wniosku o zawieszenie.
  3. Okresu zawieszenia nie wlicza się do łącznego okresu otrzymywania stypendium doktoranckiego w szkołach doktorskich, który nie może przekroczyć 4 lat.
  4. Doktorant/ka składa wniosek o zawieszenie kształcenia wraz z dokumentami potwierdzającymi wystąpienie okoliczności, o których mowa w ust. 1.

Wniosek o zawieszenie kształcenia

  1. The Head of the UR Doctoral School, at the request of the doctoral student, suspends education for a period corresponding to the duration of:
  • maternity leave;
  • leave on the conditions of maternity leave;
  • paternity leave;
  • parental leave

    specified in the Act of 26 June 1974 – The Labor Code.

  1. During the suspension of education, the doctoral student retains the right to a doctoral scholarship.
  2. During the suspension period, the provisions on determining a maternity allowance shall apply accordingly to determine the amount of the doctoral scholarship, except that the basis for calculating the allowance is understood as the amount of the monthly doctoral scholarship due on the day of submitting the request for suspension.
  3. The suspension period is not included in the total period of receiving a doctoral scholarship at doctoral schools, which may not exceed 4 years.
  4. The doctoral student shall submit the request for suspension of education together with documents confirming the occurrence of the circumstances referred to in section 1.
