Rekrutacja w dyscyplinach: archeologia, biotechnologia, ekonomia i finanse, filozofia, historia, informatyka techniczna i telekomunikacja, inżynieria materiałowa, językoznawstwo, literaturoznawstwo, matematyka, nauki biologiczne, nauki fizyczne, nauki medyczne, nauki o kulturze fizycznej, nauki o polityce i administracji, nauki o zdrowiu, nauki socjologiczne, nauki prawne, rolnictwo i ogrodnictwo, technologia żywności i żywienia, sztuki muzyczne, sztuki plastyczne i konserwacja dzieł sztuki

Wysokość stypendium doktoranckiego (brutto brutto) w czasie trwania projektu: 5000 PLN/miesiąc (około 1 162 EUR/miesiąc)

Okres pobierania stypendium doktoranckiego w czasie trwania projektu: 27 miesięcy (01.10.2024 – 31.12.2026)

Maksymalny okres pobierania stypendium doktoranckiego po czasie trwania projektu: 21 miesięcy (01.01.2027 – 30.09.2028)

Wymagania:

• kandydat/ka z zagranicy lub z Polski;
• kandydat/ka zobowiązany/a jest do przystąpienia do postępowania rekrutacyjnego do Szkoły Doktorskiej UR w oparciu o przyjęte kryteria rekrutacji zgodnie z obowiązującą uchwałą rekrutacyjną – rekrutacja 2024/2025 na zasadach ogólnych;
• w przypadku otrzymania takiej samej liczby punktów podczas rekrutacji przez kilku/a kandydatów/ek w obrębie różnych dyscyplin, stypendium otrzymuje kandydat/ka, który/a otrzymał/a wyższą liczbę punktów uzyskanych w procesie rekrutacji do Szkoły Doktorskiej UR za osiągnięcia naukowe lub artystyczne kandydata/ki;
• kandydat/ka zobowiązany/a jest do złożenia wymaganych przez NAWA podpisanych załączników wymienionych w §6 Regulaminu programu stypendialnego dla najlepszych doktorantów kształcących się w Szkole Doktorskiej w Uniwersytecie Rzeszowskim, realizujących projekty doktorskie we współpracy międzynarodowej w ramach międzynarodowego programu doktorskiego w ramach Projektu „UR an international PhD student” (decyzja Dyrektora NAWA nr BPI/STE/2023/1/00001/DEC/01 z dnia 19.10.2023 r.) zgodnie założeniami Programu STER NAWA – umiędzynarodowienie szkół doktorskich;
• kandydat/ka zobowiązany/a jest do złożenia deklaracji, że przygotuje projekt doktorski we współpracy międzynarodowej w ramach międzynarodowego programu doktorskiego, w szczególności zmierzającego do uzyskania joint degree lub double degree, z akceptacją potencjalnego promotora – z Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego oraz z jednostki zagranicznej – o objęciu kandydata/ki opieką naukową;
• pierwszeństwo w procesie rekrutacji mają kandydaci/ki, którzy/re zadeklarują przygotowanie projektu doktorskiego zmierzającego do uzyskania joint degree lub double degree;
• ostateczną decyzję w sprawie przyjęcia kandydata/ki podejmuje Rektor UR w porozumieniu z Dyrektorem Szkoły Doktorskiej UR w oparciu o dokumenty z postepowania rekrutacyjnego Komisji rekrutacyjnych w dyscyplinach;
• kandydat/ka przyjęty do Szkoły Doktorskiej UR zobowiązany/a jest do złożenia w terminie 3 miesięcy od rozpoczęcia kształcenia w Szkole Doktorskiej UR umowy dotyczącej realizacji projektu doktorskiego w ramach międzynarodowego programu doktorskiego, w szczególności zmierzających do uzyskania joint degree lub double degree.

Recruitment in disciplines: archaeology, biotechnology, economics and finance, philosophy, history, information and communication technology, materials engineering, linguistics, literary studies, mathematics, biological sciences, physical sciences, medical sciences, physical culture sciences, political and administrative sciences, health sciences, sociology, law,  agriculture and horticulture, food and nutrition technology and artistic disciplines: music, fine arts and art conservation

Amount of the doctoral scholarship (gross gross) during the project duration: PLN 5,000/month (approximately EUR 1,162/month)

Period of receiving the doctoral scholarship during the project: 27 months (01/10/2024 - 31/12/2026)

Maximum period of receiving a doctoral scholarship after the project duration: 21 months (01/01/2027 - 30/09/2028)

Requirements:

• foreign candidate or candidate from Poland;
• the candidate is obliged to join the recruitment procedure for the UR Doctoral School based on the adopted recruitment criteria in accordance with the applicable recruitment resolution - recruitment 2024/2025 on general terms;
• if several candidates receive the same number of points during the recruitment process in different disciplines, the scholarship is awarded to the candidate who received a higher number of points obtained in the recruitment process to the UR Doctoral School for the candidate's scientific or artistic achievements;
• the candidate is obliged to submit the signed attachments required by NAWA, listed in §6 of the Regulations of the scholarship program for the best PhD students studying at the Doctoral School at the University of Rzeszów, implementing doctoral projects in international cooperation as part of the international doctoral program under the Project "UR an international PhD student" (decision of the Director of NAWA No. BPI/STE/2023/1/00001/DEC/01 of October 19, 2023) in accordance with the assumptions of the NAWA STER Program - internationalization of doctoral schools;
• the candidate is obliged to submit a declaration that he/she will prepare a doctoral project in international cooperation as part of an international doctoral program, in particular aimed at obtaining a joint degree or double degree, with the consent of the potential supervisor - from the University of Rzeszów and a foreign unit - to provide the candidate with scientific supervision;
• priority in the recruitment process is given to candidates who declare to prepare a doctoral project aimed at obtaining a joint degree or double degree;
• the final decision on the admission of the candidate is made by the UR Rector in consultation with the Director of the UR Doctoral School, based on documents from the recruitment procedure of the recruitment committees in the disciplines;
• a candidate admitted to the UR Doctoral School is obliged to submit, within 3 months of starting education at the UR Doctoral School, an agreement regarding the implementation of a doctoral project as part of an international doctoral program, in particular aimed at obtaining a joint degree or double degree.
