STUDENT MOBILITY under the Erasmus+ Programme

March

– recruitment of students for a mobility abroad for studies and traineeship, meetings with students, information campaign

End of April

– e-mail announcement of the results of student selection along with the definition of the basic and reserve lists and informing qualified students about further steps of the procedure

5 - 10 of May

– possibly a group information meeting for students qualified for the mobility. If the meeting is scheduled, students will be notified of the date and place by e-mail.

May-September

- nominating students and sending applications and other documents to the university and partner institutions in accordance with the application procedure of the host university.

July-September

- preparing students for traineeships and studies for the winter semester or the entire academic year

- students getting insurance for the duration of their mobility

- signing agreements 1-2 weeks before departure

- payment of the first installment of co-financing

1 - 30 of October

– possible additional recruitment of students

January – March

- preparing students for studies or itraineeships in the summer semester

- students getting insurance for the duration of their mobility

- signing agreements one week before departure

- payment of the first installment of the grant

September-January-June-july

- return of students from traineeships and studies

- accounting for the mobility in the Education Department and in the Dean's Office

- filling in on-line surveys

- payment of the last installment of the co-financing
