Kuba Maciejczyk (merelystating) – ur. 1994 w Wadowicach, absolwent Wydziału Sztuki UKEN w Krakowie. Doktorant w Instytucie Sztuk Pięknych Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego. Stypendysta MEiN 2019 w dyscyplinie sztuk plastycznych.
Zajmuje się malarstwem sztalugowym. W formie działań tekstowowizualnych oraz performatywnych porusza tematy związane z przemijaniem, poszukiwaniem sensu oraz zawiera obserwacje zjawisk społeczno-politycznych oraz artystycznych. Rozwija cykle:

Kuba Maciejczyk (born 1994 in Wadowice) PhD student at the Institute of Fine Arts of the University of Rzeszów. Scholar of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage 2019 in the field of fine arts.
He deals with easel painting and in the form of objects, text-visual or performative activities, he brings up topics related to evanescence, the search for meaning and contains observations of social and political phenomena. Wulgaryzmy, przekleństwa, brzydkie, nieparlamentarne słowa od zawsze były i nadal są używane, a często nadużywane przez wielu z nas. Habitatem wulgaryzmów jest język potoczny, a najczęściej spotykamy się z nimi w sytuacjach prywatnych. Od dłuższego czasu wulgaryzmy co raz śmielej zaznaczają swoją obecność w polu kultury – są obecne w muzyce, filmie czy literaturze. Pomimo tego, paradoksalnie są tabu w sztukach wizualnych.
Niniejsze wystąpienie ma na celu próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, w jaki sposób odbierane są wulgaryzmy w sztukach wizualnych przez osoby odbiorcze? Ponadto na podstawie przykładów działań artystycznych, które bądź to wykorzystują wulgaryzmy w warstwie wizualnej, bądź też w tytułach prac postaram się przedstawić powody wykorzystywania wulgaryzmów przez osoby artystyczne.
Vulgarisms, swear words, bad words have always been and still are used by many of us. Some of use even abuse them. Mostly vulgarisms are used in colloquial language, and we most often encounter them in private situations. For a long time, swear and bad words have been increasingly making their presence known in the cultural field - they are present in music, movies and literature. Despite this, paradoxically, they are taboo in the visual arts.
This presentation tries to answer the question: how are vulgarisms in visual arts perceived by recipients? Moreover, based on examples of artistic activities that use f-word either visually or in the titles of works, I will try to present the reasons for using swear words by artists.
