Deadlines:

Submission of the chapter abstracts for the post-conference scientific monograph – optional: February 28, 2025

End of Early Bird Registration: February 28, 2025

Early Bird conference fee payment by: March 15, 2025

End of standard Registration: May 30, 2025

Standard conference fee payment by: June 15, 2025

Presentation Abstracts deadline: June 30, 2025

End of the late Registration for passive (no presentation) participants: August 10, 2025

Notification of acceptance: individually to each submitting author, within three weeks following the submission

Fees:

The registration fee included the access to the conference, the coffee-breaks, the buffet-lunches, the field excursion, and the peasant treat evening.

Regular

  • Early bird registration: € 250.00 inc. VAT
  • Standard registration: € 300.00 inc. VAT
  • Late registration: € 400.00 inc. VAT

Student

  • Early bird registration: € 180.00 inc. VAT
  • Standard registration: € 220.00 inc. VAT
  • Late registration: € 300.00 inc. VAT

Accompanying person:

The accompanying ticket includes all the social events but no access to the conference and breaks or lunches.

 

Cancellation policy:

  1. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, his/her registration can be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s
  2. Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
    1. Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event: 75% refund of registration
    2. Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration
    3. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event: not eligible for

Participants who are obliged to cancel because of a failed visa application will be refunded the registration fees paid, after deduction of the €70.00 administration charge per participant.

Notification must be received by us in writing (email) not later than 10 (ten) working days before the conference starts* for refunds to be eligible. Cancellations received after this cut-off time will not be eligible for refund. (*Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days)

 

The way of refunding:

For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded (within 2 months of the payment only).

For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee named on the card.

Please note: for payments received from outside Poland by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer – all bank charges payable by the recipient.
