CONGRATULATIONS !!!!
You have qualified for a mobility abroad under the Erasmus+ programme and from now on we can call you an Erasmus+ Student.
Certainly the most important information is the money you will get for the mobility, so for the reminder click here:
And now, to leave you need to read a little, that is, if you go
- for STUDIES
This is the first step after receiving an e-mail message about qualifying for study abroad will be to write a response confirming that you stand by the decision of mobility. You will then be nominated to a partner university, from which you will receive information about the application procedure, i.e. what documents must be sent to become an Erasmus+ student with them.
The application must be completed reliably along with the required documents. Stick to the deadline for submitting your application, i.e. the most important is the DEADLINE, because after the set deadline, the partner university will not accept your application and you may lose a unique opportunity to go on an Erasmus+ scholarship.
The most important document to be prepared is the Learning Agreement, in which you enter the subjects you will study at the partner university. If their application procedure provides for another, i.e. non-standard Learning Agreement, then you must additionally complete this one:
Dates in LA must be study dates, not travel dates. The start date must be the date of the first day of study or the first day on which the Erasmus+ student must appear at the host university, the end date approximately the end of the first examination session. At the end of the stay, the student receives a certificate on which the end date is the date of the last exam +/- a few days for administrative matters. After returning, the scholarship is settled in accordance with the certificate, i.e. the actual dates of stay at the university.
If the application has already been sent, you are waiting for a response. After some time, you can ask at the partner university whether they have received your application and whether they have accepted your arrival.
When you receive an acceptance letter from the partner university and a signed Learning Agreement, apply to the Section for Academic Exchange and Foreign Students of the Education Department for a letter to the National Health Fund so that you can insure yourself and receive an EKUZ.
And what next, you will find under the link Signing the agreement before departure
- for TRAINEESHIP
If you go to a partner university UR, you must first be nominated, just like students going to study - read the information above.
If you are going to another institution, the first step will be your personal contact with the receiving institution and the UR departmental coordinator for preparation
- Learning Agreement for traineeship, instruction
Once you receive an acceptance letter from the partner institution and a signed Learning Agreement, apply to the Academic Exchange Section and Foreign Students of the Education Department for a letter to the National Health Fund so that you can insure yourself and receive an EKUZ card.
Students-graduates who will do traineeship in an institution other than a university must complete the document before departure and send to the e-mail address below - data to the EU system.
Before leaving for traineeship, you must also buy:
- Health insurance - You undertake to take out medical insurance (EKUZ card if you travel to an EU country or private insurance of equivalent scope if you travel to a non-EU country). The participant declares that he/she is aware of the scope of this insurance. The participant was informed that it is recommended to take out additional private insurance covering the costs of any additional medical interventions or transport to the country.
- Civil liability insurance (OC) – applies to damage caused by the Participant in the workplace during the internship The Participant undertakes to take out civil liability insurance covering the costs of any damage caused by the Participant during the internship (during and outside working hours).
The Participant is obliged to check whether the host institution provides at least compulsory civil liability insurance for damage caused by the Participant at the place of the internship. If national regulations do not impose such an obligation on the receiving institution, it is not obliged to provide such insurance to the Participant.
- Accident insurance (NNW) - the Participant undertakes to purchase insurance covering damage suffered by the Participant in the workplace. The participant is obliged to check whether the receiving institution provides at least compulsory accident insurance resulting from an accident at the workplace. If national regulations do not impose such an obligation on the receiving institution, it is not obliged to provide such insurance to the Participant.
